Roasted chestnut

The following are the materials needed for the roaster machine.

  1. Prepare the chestnuts that need to be roasted. Try to select the chestnuts that are covered with a thin layer of powder, uniform in size and shape, no worm sting or cracks.
  2. Choose hard-wearing stone. After roasting, wash the stone and sand with clean water and dry. If the stone has been used for three or four times, it should be cleaned and screened once to ensure the luster of the roasted chestnuts.
  3. Stir – fry the sugar (maltose, corn sugar). dilute about 1 spoonful of syrup with 5-8 spoonfuls of water. Note that the sugar here is mainly used to remove moisture to maintain luster and soft the stone.
  4. Keep screening when roasting. Remove the open, bad, bug – eyed chestnuts timely.
