Commercial peanut roaster is used for roasting and drying all kinds of oil crops. Normally, the roasting temperature is controlled in 160-230 °C during seeds frying course, which mainly depends on the variety of materials. The peanut roaster machine is in drum shape, within which crops can be heated uniformly and the temperature can be controlled easily. Thus, it is cost and time saving, especially for small and medium sized oil equipment. The commercial peanut roaster is mainly composed with the frame, transmission, drum and control switch. The automatic feeding device can also be configured depends on users need.

Working principle of commercial peanut roaster:
1. Please check the wires to make it safe before operation. Make sure that there is no electricity leakage and the ground wire is connected.
2. Keep the machine idle for 5-10 minutes, if it runs normally,  then put materials into the peanut roaster for roasting and drying.
3. During the roasting process, it is not allowed to close to the machine except the operator. Do not touch the machine body or transmission position so as to avoid injury.
4. The roasting time depends on the amount of material, usually 15-30 minutes.
5. When the roasting is finished, shift to the reverse switch, the crops can be discharged out of the drum. Then, turn off the power and end the entire production process.
